A yoga-inspired, somatically informed movement practice.
Embodied Movement is a gentle and exploratory movement practice that invites you to reconnect with your body through movement, breath and awareness. Drawing on my background in yoga and my experience of working with body-based and somatic approaches, the practice offers an opportunity to slow down, become curious about your embodied experience and explore movement in a way that supports choice and individual preference. This is not about achieving the “perfect” pose or performing movement in a particular way. Instead, you are invited to move at your own pace, pause when you need to, adapt movements and discover what feels supportive for your body
What can I expect? Each session may include:

Who is it for? This could be for people who:
- feel disconnected from their bodies
- want a gentler alternative to conventional fitness or yoga classes
- are interested in mindfulness and embodied awareness
- want to explore movement without pressure to perform
- are curious about the connection between body, movement and wellbeing
